Dr Goyal As another reviewer said "Very unwelcoming" I found her very combative, I felt like she was looking for a reason for her not to be my doctor. I found her to be poor listener and created problems where there wasn't any. The weirdest and worst Dr appointment I ever had.
I love my doctor but the office/call center sucks. You can never get through, make you jump through hoops to just get a message over. Hoping it will improve one day.
Extremely unhelpful with helping me fill my basic script of Abuteral inhaler over two weeks time. Failed to call it in three times and sent it to the wrong spot once. (After I already updated my new pharmacy and picked up meds from the new pharmacy before.) Today after the failure to fill for the fourth time, I wound up in the hospital due to my athsma. Extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism. This office is all about numbers and couldn’t care less about you!
