Extremely unhelpful with helping me fill my basic script of Abuteral inhaler over two weeks time. Failed to call it in three times and sent it to the wrong spot once. (After I already updated my new pharmacy and picked up meds from the new pharmacy before.) Today after the failure to fill for the fourth time, I wound up in the hospital due to my athsma. Extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism. This office is all about numbers and couldn’t care less about you!
I have scheduled 3 appointments here. I have only been seen for one. The first, I arrived and was greeted with a sign on the door saying that they were closed today. I was never notified. More recently, I waited 3 weeks to be seen and was called the day before to be notified that my doctor was no longer available and that because I was a new patient I could no longer be seen. They were extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone. Save yourself time and go literally anywhere else.
From the ER > Cardiology > surgical (7, 9, 10th floors) Maria, and Megan in Patient Care, and the Tully Health Center, Dr.Hollywood, Stamford Health is A+! I've written to CEO Kathleen Silard multiple times to commend her entire staff.
A really shoddy operation. They recruit doctors from off-brand medical schools, especially those in the Caribbean. Their phone system could not be worse with machines dictating LONG LONG internet addresses, which, if you tap into them, you just get another machine. Try calling a doctor on a weekend? They don't even bother to say when they open again.
