A really shoddy operation. They recruit doctors from off-brand medical schools, especially those in the Caribbean. Their phone system could not be worse with machines dictating LONG LONG internet addresses, which, if you tap into them, you just get another machine. Try calling a doctor on a weekend? They don't even bother to say when they open again.

The people are nasty. The xray technician is a moron. I was in pain for days due to the convulated positions he had me get into The doctor I saw was cold and didn't seem to want me there
My experience for the visit has been great! I have visited here twice , once in 2018 and once in 2023. Both times the service was quick, reliable and pleasant. It’s the one of the few places where I didn’t have to wait for super long time even if I show up in time. The booking was easy from Zocdoc. The blood test staff was super nice. I am happy with my Dr. And other staff, front desk, lab etc. I have so much difficulty with paying my bills. Sent my bills on line payment to Stamford Medical Group and they don't see my payments. Causing me so anxiety. Once I solve this issues may have change my Health providers outside. Sorry. Very unskilled health system
