The receptionists Paula and Valarie from Suite #206 are extremely rude. They did nothing to help the situation. Valarie even raised her voice instead of answer the questions I asked. Extremely unprofessional behavior. The supervisor Anne provided zero help either. This office does nothing to help clarify mistakes that were made on their end. A shame of an establishment

I booked an appointment for my daughter and I to receive both the flu and Covid vaccines, as we are patients at this practice. We got there 15 minutes early as requested. Our appointment time came and went. I asked the front desk why I’m still waiting over a half hour. I got some excuse there was a technical problem and that it would be a few more minutes. Doctors are good but the administration and scheduling is a complete mess. Been here 5 times and never taken on time. Scans and diagnostics take at least an hour longer than estimated. Appointments are frequently rescheduled last minute. Nurses, doctors, and admins are not on the same page about what’s been done and what needs to get done by when.

Dr Goyal As another reviewer said "Very unwelcoming" I found her very combative, I felt like she was looking for a reason for her not to be my doctor. I found her to be poor listener and created problems where there wasn't any. The weirdest and worst Dr appointment I ever had.
