Maddening trying to book an appointment - they need a better way
Here at 6:45 watched everone come-in and then didnt get seen til 7:15- if you open at 7 then open at 7
Don't waste your time going to this place. Especially if you need a pediatric facility. They are the worst.
You're better off going to the ER or waiting to see your primary doctor. The quality of care is low and the billing outsourced to US Acute Care who doesn't answer their phones, and in my case didn't submit my claim to be covered by insurance. Just kept sending the bill directly to me with no way of contacting them. Overall best to avoid using this facility which is a shame given the high quality of patient care provided by Stamford Health in general.
