We should have read reviews first. They billed $1,900 for a UTI visit for our son.
We go here when we are having urgent issues and the regular doctor is not available. My family has had good experiences every time we have had to go. The staff is always friendly and they go as fast as they can. I also like that you can make appointments ahead of time, even same day, and skip the walk in line.

Made an appt at 745 for my son - confirmed it. Showed up on time and they had locked the door the janitor had to bang on the door for us as well. The woman at the front working said we still have patients but we’re closed ? They close at 8pm. Said we can go to the er or wait until tomorrow. The only reason we did this was because firefly was closed. Will only take my kids there moving forward. Do not go here if you have an actual emergency ..
Call first. Website says open until 8 but they turned my son away 6:30pm and locked the door saying they were closing. Don’t advertise until 8 if this is not the case
