I first visited the doctor beginning of March. We finally selected the contacts that were the right fit for me after a few weeks. We placed my order beginning of April and it is. now May 1st and I still don’t have my contacts. This office uses a platform called Marlo and the only way to communicate and get status is through the doctor. I was totally Apprehensive and in denial about wearing glasses I meet with Dr Chandler at Stamford Family Vision Center who made me feel comfortable from the time i entered her office. I knew I was in the right place instead of those quick sales seeking a commission impersonal retail eye stores. Which glasses gave me a huge headache that never went away. I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful experience. I took my daughter in for an initial eye exam about two weeks ago. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The optometrist was just as nice and patient with my daughter. She even took the time to get to know her interests while examining her and helped her to determine a frame that fit her properly. I continue have amazing experiences at Stamford Family Vision Center! Dr. Chandler was incredibly professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable—don’t let her youthful looks fool you! I’m very thankful for the excellent care I receive and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality personalized vision care.
