Very disappointed with our experience. My mother was denied an apartment due to low income despite having a housing voucher to pay the rent. Connecticut law prohibits housing discrimination based on lawful source of income, including housing assistance. We received no response to emails and no one answered our calls. Shortly afterward, the apartment was no longer available. The lack of communication and transparency was extremely concerning and felt discriminatory.
Messed up my application and tyler was super considerate and helped me out with resolving all the issues I had.
The application process for this apartment complex is disaster. The web site is flakey to start with. But even worse, the financial verification process is seemingly entirely automated. They require you to allow a third party, Nova Credit to be linked to your banking accounts. (When I looked up Nova Credit , I found it has a D- rating from the Better Business Bureau.) We absolutely love it here and have zero complaints! It's Stamford's hidden gem. I actually don't want to tell anybody about this wonderful apartment complex because there will be a herd of people waiting to be accepted into this wonderful community of people. I couldn't ask for more. They recently replaced the carpets in the hall and it took them one day to do an entire floor.
