Horrible experience
Incredibly disappointed, scheduled a consultation for a family member. It was a rather urgent need, we had to wait few days, but scheduled it nonetheless. Discussed the rate, fee, and the need for virtual consultation. The day came and the office claimed that we never called to schedule an appointment. Very discouraging about receiving legal advice from this firm, will seek advice elsewhere.
