When I first saw Dr Stallworth she seemed to care, and I gave her a glowing review. That’s not the case now and I wish I could take back the review. She is no longer that caring human being. I was in the ER with strike level high blood pressure and called the office to see if I could get a prescription for it once I left the ER and was told the she would call me back (I had actually called the office about the high BP before I ended up in the ER and never got a return call). "If I could give no stars, I would. My mom went to the Dr Monica. My mom is 65 years old and is moving into 55+ community. The requirements are if you have a dog over 30 pounds you need to get a doctors note for medical reasons. My mom has her lab for anxiety. Mostly for anxiety at night, due to being 65 and being alone. She called the office and was told that Dr. Monica does not do mental evaluation‘s. My mom was already diagnosed with anxiety. She did not need an evaluation.
