Shady. Very shady. Tried taking advantage of someone who isn't a plumber. Wanted to charge $650 for "new water and gas lines" that any other professional plumber replaces automatically on a new water heater. Glad I got a second opinion on the problem. I will never use nor recommend this company's service.
