If I could give them less than a 1 I would. Nothing but problems from before the time we signed the lease. Should've backed out then. They are impossible to get in touch with for any issue. Don't expect to ever be able to talk to a property manager to even attempt to solve an issue. Several issues in the beginning that were clearly not our responsibility but yet ended up costing us over $4000 to remedy. And that's the tip of the iceberg.
Currently renting an office space that has an existing leverage cylinder that damage the entrance floor tile. Was not informed thru the contract or verbally on the signing that there is only one gas meter for several office in this location, and I being told by my Contact name Elizabeth that I need to hire a plumer and shut all other gas pipe lines to other offices at my expense if I want to have gas running thru my office space.
