I called to set up an appointment and spoke with Beverly. She was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We set up the appointment for 3:00pm and she provided a timeframe in which they would arrive in case not exactly at 3 pm in which I appreciated. Highly recommend Stallings! Wallace displays the integrity and accountability of what customer service should be and takes the time to explain what needs to be done and if there are other options. They go the extra mile which isn't found often these days!

Great..best company period This company is so great. I used them for my initial home septic inspection and they found several things wrong which the previous homeowner repaired. Then three yrs. later my pump gave out. Stallings came right out and replaced the pump and did a lot of extras for free. He even worked with me on payments since this was an emergency and my tank was about to overflow. Please use them...can't recommend them enough.

Good Experience, Prompt, Reasonable Service I recently hired Stallings Septic to come out and address a problem with my septic system. I specifically was looking for a company that was able to address all aspects of the septic system, electrical system, plumbing, etc. Stallings answered the phone promptly, arrived that morning, and were on time. great service, great business! What a great business! We had Stallings Septic do a septic inspection for a home that we were buying. He wrote a very detailed inspection to ensure us the chance to get the seller to take care of any problems. Several months later we hired Stallings to install some concrete risers on our septic tank and he remembered us! Very great guy and I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend him!
