In my 6 years at STALLINGS MILL APARTMENTS. Not once, has Management and Maintenance let me down. The Groundskeepers maintain the property like a resort community. The amenities are boundless. The pool, the gym, the BBQ pit area and so much more. STORES and RESTAURANTS abound nearby. This, is the place to reside. NC STATE take note......23 minutes away. Please. RUN AWAY! I’m finally moving out after my one-year lease, and I couldn’t be happier. The rent increased in less than a year, which felt completely unreasonable. I paid $1,508 for a one-bedroom apartment, and even with the amenities, it wasn’t worth the price. A lot of the buildings are infested with roaches. No matter how thoroughly I cleaned my apartment, I would still see them coming through cracks in the baseboards and around the carpet.
