I have been here for almost 4 month. I love my apartment. As for the ladies in the office, Lori, Cheryl and Christine they are very personable and ready to help with any issue. The maintenance crew keeps this place looking great and responds asap to fix any and all issues that need to fixed. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking to rent in Clayton.

One of the worst apartments I have lived at. The apartments appear nice but the appliances are old and AC and ventilation suck. The people living there are rude and block parking in the lot and leave dogs unleashed. No vallet trash when that was what was advertised. I have to walk trash down 3 flights of stairs and down 2 blocks. Also, the traffic and lights by the apartment are awful you can add about 5 mins to every drive. Can’t wait to leave this place.
