I showed up with a major issue with my tow vehicle on a camping trip. When they saw me disconnecting my trailer in the back, TJ came out to see what was going on. While initially he didn't think there was anything that could be done, he and a couple other guys brainstormed and figured out a solution. I was so grateful and he saved our trip. I live too far away to be a customer, but I cannot say enough good things about TJ and the crew.
They did a great job
We recently purchased a vehicle from Nick. We found the car we were looking for and Nick and his team stayed late for us on a Friday night and were courteous the entire time. We worked out a fair deal and Nick was helpful with questions even days after the sale was done. I will definitely check out this plant next time I am in search of a vehicle.
Service department is garbage didn't fix what was wrong on my truck cost me alot of money for the part they just threw at it after they broke the wiring pigtail taking it apart say they will make it right but i would still have to buy the other parts. suppose to Service truck while it was there checked brakes off as good they weren't charged me for changing fuel filter and it's same one that was on it.
Service Dept at Stalker Chevrolet is definitely not customer service oriented! I will never go there again! I'll take my vehicle to des moines for all the service warranty issues!
