Seriously how long do I have to stay on hold for to authorize the payments I made on my card. I’m over 15 minutes on hold now.
they steal from their clients by charging fees that they are not entitled to. I am reporting it to the nation!... as well as the federal teserve.
after years of being a member atSCU, and having no problems with them at all, I was still treated like I was a new member. I got tired of jumping through hoops for them, just so that they could make $1000s off of me. You cannot have a relationship with this institution. We are now searching for a place to bank and establish ourselves. Unfortunate to start over with a new bank after so long, but it was obvious our history with SCU meant nothing.
RecommendedMember for 25+ years, they have always met our needs in every way. They make lending easy, fast, and always eager to accommodate!

I love SCU for so many reasons. Friendly customer service, easy online bill pay...the list goes on. Now I have a whole new reason to love them! I made the stupid mistake of allowing my daughter to use my debit card to purchase a prom dress online from a site that I was not familiar with. It turned out to be a scam and no dress ever arrived.
