Why does this Company have NO unsubscribe link on the email they send that are unsolicited... and if it is there, why is it difficult/impossible to find?
Stairway Solutions replaced a 1950's staircase in my home. The original staircase was very steep, with narrow treads, and not up to standard. I'm very pleased with my new staircase and with the professional installation, customer service, knowledge and expertise shown by Stairway Solutions.
I have been a builder and developer for over 30 years and in that time I have never experienced such an ill managered and vile business owner. She came personally to survey and check measure, on delivery the product was not measured correctly and had to be remanufactured.The installation team were clueless in their on site assembly. The product was detailed as, "paint ready". To this day, some months later, it is still leaching tanins. I could not stress how incompetant this company proved to be.
The worst experience we have ever had with any company ever. We were told we could have any style we liked. Just do our own research on line and supply a photo and it could be done. We did this, and where told we couldn’t have the balustrade we liked because it didn’t meet Qld regulations. This is odd given the idea came from a yacht club less than 3 kms away from our build. We agreed to use a different balustrade. Before supply, we got various messages via our builder with assorted recommendations for variations to our orig... read more
