Wow! Great experience. We needed an upgrade/remodel of our 16 year old staircase. Dennis and his crew (Darren and Matt) arrived promptly at 7, as promised. They immediately started the demolition phase and within an hour that phase was completed, taking care not to damage any areas (carpet, flooring,etc) which were to be reused. About six hours later, they had constructed a stair railing and handrail beyond our hopes and expectations.
