Stair solutions installed the wrong handrail system. Said they would make it right and apologized. Then stopped communicating. Thankfully, Amex allowed a reversal of payment that stair solutions fraudulently pushed through for a product we did not order. This after they were informed upon installation that they needed to replace the wrong handrail system.
