Stair Rite installed a new flight of stairs recently and we are extremely happy with the result. From the get-go, Brian was responsive to our many questions we had about the process and came out twice to guide us on what was possible and then to double check measurments. The stairs were done quickly and exactly as planned and the installers were pleasant and easy to deal with. A great all-round experience!
Frank was very professional and fixed our deck stairs in 5 minutes. He did a fantastic job.
when you renovate a home you worry about look, costs and being able to trust your contractors/suppliers. Brian (owner) personally came and measured our stairs and gave us a 6 to 8 week delivery timeframe . . which seems like forever in renovation time. 4 weeks later they were ready and installed.
