Today, a tread fell off of our outdoor staircase. We needed a repair quickly. I called Stair Rite of Guelph, and they were at our home within the hour. Brian and Cole quickly and thoroughly repaired the tread that fell off and secured the other treads. They were finished within the hour. I was struck by their professionalism and accuracy. I will most definitely call them again for future stair building and repair.
The experience we had working with Stair Rite was amazing! From the in person quote provided by Brian the owner who was so helpful in helping us decide what was the best plan for our needs and working with the budget that we had. The stairs were made to perfection and the installation was seamless. The staff was courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend working with them.
