Very friendly company, answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly over the phone. Arranging the install was a breeze. Installation was great. Installer did a fast, nice, neat job and carefully explained safe use of the installed stair lift. I highly recommend Stair Lifts Buffalo.
I recently had a situation that I immediately needed a stair lift. I talked to Bob Tink and I had an appointment for installation in 10 minutes. When my scheduled appointment arrived 3 days later, Dan Dumoulin, the General Manager of the Company was my installer. I had multiple contractors onsite as I was building an in-law apartment for my Mother in law. Bob Tink was a pleasure to work with installing my stair chair. He fit the chair to my height and made sure we understood how everything worked. The time it took was minimal and he made sure that everything was picked up and neat after.
Great communication from initial quote through installation with Quality workmanship. Thorough training was provided on using the Stair Lift which is easy to use. A great overview on maintenance was provided with key information identified within the manual. Highly recommend!!

Tom came to our home and gave a great price. When needed to order it only took a quick call. The chair lift was installed, this is a great product. Tom explained everything and was so very accommodating.
