Employed Angela to do some estate work. While Covid caused it's own delays, Angela added to the delays and my stress. On occasion her personal life got in the way but it was her disorganization that caused the most problems. As far as I could see, while Stainton, Murray & Lam sounds impressive, it is really just Lam. I scrutinized my bill carefully and kept my own records but couldn't - for the life of me - see how she consumed the hours spelled out in our service agreement.
