Great experience! They are very responsive, patient with MANY questions, and respectful of property. We optained a pool permit with the City of Austin and they were incredibly helpful and willing to assist and modify decking/pool specifications for City approval. I highly recommend!
I initially had high hopes for this pool company. My first call went great — the rep was friendly, answered all my questions, and set up a site visit to measure. On Sunday I received a confirmation text for my Monday appointment. I was busy and didn’t think twice about it, since the appointment was already scheduled. We absolutely love our Stainless Swim pool! The entire experience—from the initial consult to the final setup—was smooth and professional. The team got everything installed quickly, and the result looks amazing in our backyard. One of our favorite features is the built-in heater/chiller, which keeps the water comfortable year-round.
