I'm glad these guys came to take care of business so I can get my business going. But I feel like I could've find more options from different contractors and maybe could've save money. Kent was great to work with in repairing my Goodman a/c and he was sure to say that their guy would make it right, which they did, at the price he told me it probably would be, even though the service man found a need for some additional parts and labor and subsequently they could have charged more for the work, but didn't. Fast loading Plenty of room for the truck
Outstanding service by Mandy, Mason and Dan. I had a small custom bending job that was not straightforward and required a creative solution to complete. Initially, Mason was great at working with me to understand the scope of the job. After that, Dan, the shop foreman took the time to meet with me, describe possible solutions and explain options. I am a real estate agent working with the seller on a transaction. I had called SSI about getting a quote. Jeremiah helped us out and really went above and beyond. He went out to the property the same day and sent the quote right away as well. It really helped us out with the transaction and made go even smoother!
