Unprofessional. Instead of informing candidates that they have chosen someone else they ghost you. It’s horrible hiring practice given that the candidate that is not chosen waits around for a phone call that never happens. You can’t expect professional communication out of your employees/potential candidates and not reciprocate back.
Is not family friendly, my husband and I were moving across the country with a trip planned for our baby to spend time with our family since we do not live close to them(military family). He interviews with Stainless Motors over the phone, video call and then they said they wanted to do an in person interview within a few days so we rushed across the states for them to say sorry we no longer have that position we are moving to look for an engineer instead.
