I've worked at Stainless Foundry & Engineering for 5 weeks now and it has been a busy 5 weeks, but they also understand work life balance. Working here is like working with family, they are all very involved and caring. In the business aspect, SF&E is very competitive with their sand and investment casting and sincerely cares about the new and existing customers. Once a week management has a meeting with each department to increase productivity and to hear from the horses mouth about the work environment. Great place!
