First and foremost, my review will be the third “1” star review out of 12 customer reviews in total. That speaks for itself in regards to customer satisfaction…. So I ordered a stainless steal cable railing kit from this company (dealt with the owner, Max, directly). Received damaged merchandise. Informed seller immediately. Seller refused to replace merchandise. Owner sent rude and extremely unprofessional emails. Would highly recommend finding another supplier for your railing needs. Will never purchase from nor recommend ever again.
