We chose stainless cable as an upgrade to our deck as part of our new home construction. I was able to provide a schematic of the deck and Stainless Cable and Railing turned around a quote within a day. Our builder installed the railing for us. We are very happy with the quality of the products and the service and support SCR provided. And even happier with the views afforded from our deck.

Railings look nice but customer service lacks.This was the third time I’ve used this company. The first time was the best, it’s gone downhill from there. First time using them they sent “new universal posts” out without any directions(I was told they don’t have directions for them yet, they’re new). The second time they were a few posts short and a few random extras were thrown on the order that didn’t come with the first one. They did send the missing posts out in a few days.
