Katie was a pleasure to work with and the customer service is outstanding. The railing looks great and we are very pleased with it. I would use them again for future projects for sure.
Railings look nice but customer service lacks.This was the third time I’ve used this company. The first time was the best, it’s gone downhill from there. First time using them they sent “new universal posts” out without any directions(I was told they don’t have directions for them yet, they’re new). The second time they were a few posts short and a few random extras were thrown on the order that didn’t come with the first one. They did send the missing posts out in a few days.
