I have never had better, more consistent communication from a company. I was texted often with updates, accommodations for weather and what the plans were, etc. After the job was done, I was called the following day with a check-in. Professional, conscientious, and excellent follow-through. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
Would not recommend. The left multiple pieces of garbage in the yard and in our flower boxes. They also got stain all over some landscaping rocks and rather than acknowledging that, they instead moved other rocks (from a different location) and tried to cover it up. This is a short list of several small problems that added up to be too much. They were competitively priced but had poor quality of work and attention to detail.
We have a wooden fence surrounding our back yard that was in dire need of cleaning and staining. We read about the Stain Gang on the NextDoor app and they seemed come highly recommended. When we contacted them, they responded quickly and came out to evaluate our fence and give us a quote. They were knowledgeable and explained their processes and recommendations for our fence. Pressure-washed bird excrement off of siding. Very professional. Will definitely hire them for future painting and pressure-washing projects.
Cole stained our new deck and we were more than pleased with everything from start to finish. We got in touch, he came out and gave the estimate quickly, and we got on the books. He was extremely respectful and professional, and when he stained the deck he was meticulous and took his time.
