They did an outstanding job on my front door. The stain is even, the finish is smooth, and the whole door looks refreshed. Very professional service.
Showed up late, didn’t have weatherstripping to replace old weatherstripping. Quote over the phone said the price included repairing the crooked glass insert and replacing the weatherstripping. When they arrived they said they don’t have the tools for that and it would cost extra. Said they would text me the next day to set up repair. They never texted or called. I had Stain Door LLC refinish my solid red oak entry door. The end result looked terrible (they ruined it) and I got mad every time I looked at my door. I finally couldn't stand it anymore and called Raul, owner of Finishes Pro. His crew came out and restored my door with their extensive and thorough process and knowledge.
