Extremely rude and unprofessional, hung up on me while I was talking. Also took days to get back to my email.
Stain Busters used to be good, we have used them for years because of it. This time we have had someone turn up at 4:30pm for a morning appointment and left after less than 90 minutes (we booked a carpet clean for a 4 bed house + lounge, dining, rug, and clean the lounge). He hasn’t even vacuumed the carpet properly, let alone clean it. The lounge is still dirty. After complaining, the owner sent his guy back to fix it and he did a ‘spot clean’. Excellent workmanship. Clinton was very professional, very affordable, and in one visit, busted out a stain several other carpet cleaners wouldn't even touch. I definitely recommend Stain Busters
