Complacent with building codes. First week in new house our new washing machine kept popping the arc fault breaker, the Staicos rep said they were a nuisance and their electrician installed a regular circuit breaker. I was not made aware that I was no longer in compliance with the building code possibly placing me in jeopardy with my insurance company. Houses are very nicely built, lay out are great in some of the plan. Good material is used, finishes are really nice.

Good and nice place to eat with your loved one. The atmosphere was really nice. Servers are very polite and friendly.
High quality builder. Look forward to buying from you again soon hopefully! Update: bought our second new build from Staikos after a disastrous purchase in Ottawa. Staikos truly builds a high quality home, using high quality materials, and the entire team is so easy to deal with. Look no further for a quality builder!
