The parts department in Grande Prairie was very helpful and answered all the questions I had, if they didn’t know the answers they went above and beyond to find those answers for me. Best customer service!!!
Great people to deal with for truck parts
I had my truck at Peterbilt Grande prairie. For losing power, acting up very bad. So they checked it out and told me that all the injectors were bad and the back pressure. Valve was bad also, so they changed all of that it cost me almost $30,000. Dollars. and told me that the truck was good, ready for pick up. Drive it home, and pick up a load. The same thing happened again. So I called around asking people questions, and at the end of the day, I asked Google. So I found out it was just a $115 camshaft sensor. So be careful.... read more
