Dr. Bignall dead everything he could for my Blue crowned conure, T-bird. His problem could not be corrected to provide him with a good quality of life. He had to be put to sleep. Dr. Bignall and his staff were very understanding and companionate through this terrible time in our lives

Another great visit with Dr. Emily Nielsen today! She is just wonderful, so smart, a person who radiates kindness and patience with big smiling beautiful eyes. She is so caring with my tiny miniature chicken. Today she had a vet tech with her, Baden, I had not met him before. He was a smart, articulate, and very nice young man! What a sweetheart!
