I was particularly dissatisfied with the behavior of Mr. Stagner as well as the questionable quality of care that I received. He does not project typical human qualities like empathy or humor. He’s stern. He used foul language. I was very uncomfortable in his space. His office was unkempt to the point of being flat out dirty. Dead leaves from dying plants litter the ground. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The one thing that I really enjoy about Dr. Stagner is that his full attention is always on me and he never takes personal calls during my appointment.
