This company is beyond sorry. They will not repair a trailer. It was already repaired once for manufacturing defect now a similar problem with the same part and they refuse to repair it and the owner refused to even talk to me and try and work this out.
No support for their older models way to stand by your products.
This isn't a trailer place anymore, new owners haven't changed anything including the listing, a simple call to Google would rectify this very quickly
