Poor communication, our realtor doesn't respond to messages or calls, we have questions, then she tells us the earnest money from the buyer will be returned to them, after 3 months off the market, and they had a medical situation. They signed it, and now they lie and they don't tell us the appraisal amount of the property. We extended the contract because they choose the wrong loan. Very unprofessional.
