Dan built our 6000+ sf house in 2012, to this day, he is the only person I would have build us a second house. Dan always gave thoughtful consideration to any changes and ideas. He was open to anything I threw at him and always had a calm demeanor, I know there were times that I drove him crazy and he never showed it! His vendors love him and have told me he's their favorite builder to work with. Dan did a fantastic job on our complete home remodel in Botany Woods. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work his team produced. Dan was completely fair with all the changes/additions that go along with a remodel project and documented everything as we went along. All of his sub contractors were outstanding but I have to give a special shout out to ParCon, the painting contractor.
