Money Hungry I took my dog in there for allergies got her on some med and that was on Sept 25th 2020 it worked great spent 335.00 and now it's Oct 10 2020 she needs a refill and that won't fill it untill I bring her back in for blood work which is another 250.00 told them I can't afford it so my dog is gonna be miserable and they don't give a crap. I found another vet alot cheaper all they want is ur money I miss Dr. Pierce.

My heart is breaking. The staff is wonderful but this corporate ownership is forcing me to find a new vet. I've gone to Dr. Pearce for over 45 years. I called on Saturday to see if I could pick up some ear medicine that he has been on before and the new vet refused to let me get it without seeing him, even though his records have his history of ear problems. I have been taking my dogs there since 1993. We had a White German Shepherd, a Black and Tan German Shepherd, Papillon, and Cairn Terrier. The last one passed away in June 2017. They always take care of my dogs like they were their dog. Dr. Pearce is an awesome vet, knowledgeable and caring. When I get a dog again I will be seeing Dr. Pearce again.
We just moved all of our dogs here(5) and the three kittens we just rescued and are trying to find homes for currently. They now have Dr. Smith from Hillcrest. If you haven’t dealt with Dr. Smith you are missing out. She is hands down the best vet we’ve used. She truly cares about her patients and their owners. I cannot say enough about her or the other staff at her new clinic. They got us in and out on a Saturday when we were walk-ins. Dr Pearce and his staff are the only people I trust with my fur baby. Dr Pearce has cared for all of my babies and they all lived long, healthy, and happy lives.
The whole office staff is so compassionate and supportative . I've been taking my kitties here for 40+ years. They're the best!
Dr Pearce has taken care of all 7 of our Standard Poodles since we moved here in 1985 on recommendation from my brother who had been using him for his Labs. He kept one going with Addison's disease for 12 years. They discontinued the medication and he got it imported for us. Got a few more stories but you get the idea. Great folks because they have a great doctor leading tem.
I love them!! They have worked with me so much in the past 4 days! My dog had puppies and one of them wasn’t doing so great. They let us bring her rite in and took her back for a blood transfusion. And let me bring the rest of 8 puppies in with the mother to get treated. Two days later two more puppies went down hill and I got to bring them in again.
