I purchased two older BMWs for my teenagers and along with used vehicles often comes things that need to be repaired. Bob, Eric, and their team have done thorough inspections on both vehicles, made suggestions on what needs to be done and have worked with me on getting the most important things fixed so that my kids are safe. Had the internal water pump and timing chain replaced on my Explorer. They did a great job and the cost was very competitive. I highly recommend this place and will be taking my vehicle there for any other work I need.
These guys are a joke went to get a cam installed after 2 weeks started leaking oil wanted to bring it back wanted me to wait 2 months before they look at it cause they have payin customers ? After I paid them 7 thousand dollars .. started over heating, time cover gasket leaking, thermostat gone bad , engine clynder 3.4.5.7 all misfiring. Terrible job I am disappointed and disgusted. Took my truck there to get a cam tuned. The truck started misfiring after a month or two. Took it to a different tune shop and said the tune was actually so bad, that they had to find the stock tune online just to tune it again. When they did it, it actually chops and sounds good. They also said it actually made stock horsepower bc of said tune. When yall tuned it, there wasn’t even a noticable chop, nor would you think it was cammed. You can go to your nearest ATM, take out $500+ in cash and immediately set it on fire, or you can get a tune from this shop. The result is going to be the same. The ATM is just less of a hassle. The consensus in the forums about this shop is that they may have had decent tunes back in the day, but have gone downhill and have absolutely no customer service or responsiveness after they get your money.
