Arrived in West Yellowstone after a long day at the park. They made me pay more for a second bed when we clearly stated on a phone call reservation that we wanted 2 beds. Taxes and fees were over $100. The hotel is very old, no updates whatsoever. The AC is extremely loud. Stay away from this place.
Rooms were very spacious and clean. There was ample parking, and the location made walking to almost anything we wanted to do in the evenings easy. Service was top-notch, and the free breakfast was very well done. Helena, the breakfast room attendant, was exceptional! The tables and serving areas were always clean and well stocked. 260 per night in Jul 2025. Great location, enough parking space. The breakfast is okay. Nice staff. Quiet room~ sauna 🧖♀️ is slow function but perhaps I am not familiar with the machine.
The hotel is located a short distance from the entrance to the Yellowstone park, the location is convenient to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, the room is beautiful and spacious, the bathroom sink is uncomfortable to use in my opinion, you need a good breakfast
