What can I say about this company. In my over 30 years in oil and gas it’s hands down the most unprofessional company I have ever had the experience of working with. Michelle Sherman is the most unprofessional HR person I have ever met. I went to work and put forth 110%. I was told I was being put into a fast track supervisor program and was then let go because they said I was looking for work elsewhere without even speaking to my supervisors. This company is low on integrity. Especially Michelle Sherman in Corporate HR out of Houston. She is very unprofessional and gossip about one employee to another. Very negative. That is the first no no of professionalism.
