Pros -Staff -Building Cons -No parking available. -Homeless people will be outside in the early mornings (recently a person smeared feces on the door). -Dried urine on the floor near both entrance doors. -Generally, the location is bad (homeless and drug dealers/users will gather in the corner of 7th and Market EVERY night). Advice -Do a tour. -Get a bike/scooter. -Learn to live without your car (if needed, Civic Center has monthly parking for $315/month; ~10 minute walking distance).
