I have to start with terrible, non existent customer support. I purchased my 2026 Stag trailer through Westgate in Springfield, MO. on December 26th, 2025. After getting it home, I realized that there were multiple Scotch lock electrical connections and even at the electric brake. Quite a few were already corroded, turning green. Expected a brand new trailer, paid for a brand new good looking trailer. Picked up a kids craft project gone wrong. The overspray on the paint job is horrendous, they painted over a sticker that was already lifting. Rust was already showing through, the welds look rushed and botched. We could not get the ramps out because the pins were too long, and there was evidence where the ramps were forced past the pins causing gouges in the paint. The dealer had to cut the pins for us to even look at the ramps. Do not buy from them.

Dollar for a dollar best value! I researched several other trailers and nobody has the same features built in. I choose STAG because of the heavier top rail and spring loaded gate. There are no hidden surprises when buying a STAG, plus great dealership support!

(Updated) (3-25-22)Horribly built VERY disappointed.. the welds are awful, there’s parts that are not painted, the torch cuts are very crude, the bar on the front of the trailer deck is not centered (the drivers side sticks out of the side of the trailer) very upset that I did not look it over before purchasing, if I would have looked harder I would not have bought it especially for the price.. do yourself a favor and spend more money to buy a better quality trailer, I wish I could put pictures along with my review.. I bought a new trailer from Stag Trailers last summer and I've been extremely happy since. The quality of the build is amazing. I went there on a Saturday, intending to buy a trailer. The one I wanted was already sold. The guy I dealt with said he'd have two done on Monday. I asked if he could brace up the tailgate a little more for me. I was happy to pay for the upgrade but he said "Nah! No charge!" Not only that, but he delivered the trailer to me in Springfield for no extra charge. That was awesome, right?
