Expected a brand new trailer, paid for a brand new good looking trailer. Picked up a kids craft project gone wrong. The overspray on the paint job is horrendous, they painted over a sticker that was already lifting. Rust was already showing through, the welds look rushed and botched. We could not get the ramps out because the pins were too long, and there was evidence where the ramps were forced past the pins causing gouges in the paint. The dealer had to cut the pins for us to even look at the ramps. Do not buy from them.
I bought a Scag 16 ft utility trailer at Mel's Used Cars in Ozark approximately 1 year ago and have had wiring issues. They use the red wire for a ground instead of white and there was a black and white wire cut off inside the right hand side cavity of the tail light assembly and all kinds of splicing throughout the wiring harness. Also broken green wire inside the plug in. Very poor wiring throughout and also poor paint job. Not a happy customer what so ever 👎🤨.
Dollar for a dollar best value! I researched several other trailers and nobody has the same features built in. I choose STAG because of the heavier top rail and spring loaded gate. There are no hidden surprises when buying a STAG, plus great dealership support!
Great Service! They deserve 5 stars as they kept me updated along the entire way! When it was time to pick up my trailer it was ready to go! No complaints for the price they are 100 percent worth it!
Low quality for the money. They use cheap Chinese parts such as leaf springs. Paint is very low quality looks terrible after 2 years. Had about three places where they tack welded and did not finish welding only know this when I flip the gate down and water came out of the tubes. Save your money and buy a name brand. It was kind of my fault I just went off of a friend's recommendation who had stag build him a trailer.
