We brought our pet to them the for the first time recently and they were awesome!! Tilly was happy to see us of course but she wasn't scared or cowering like she did after other places. It smells clean and looks clean. She didn't come back with fleas and ticks. The boarding area is well secured and has a large fenced in play area that was also clean and well cared for.
