One of the rudest, most abrupt and offensive doctors I've had the misfortune of meeting. I was a new patient ... He walked into the exam room and said to me ... 'hey', which left me stunned by his abysmal excuse for a greeting. He talked and joked with his assistant (who was in the room, ) but when he spoke with me, his demeanor changed. Susanna at the front desk very rude needs to work on her customer service skills
I've always been happy with appointment availability, ability to contact staff by phone, wait times are low when you arrive, and Dr. Stafford is an old-school doc that listens, remembers you from appointment to appointment, and tries to be cost effective for those without insurance.
Over 10years here and still loving them!
