Let me start by saying I have bought quite a few sets of tires and thought the price & service was always very good. Today my wife needed a tire patched and went there to get it done. I was shocked when she told me they charged her $32 to patch the tire. This seems a bit excessive to me.
Terrible customer service. I was waiting inside to speak with someone about my tire. They never came inside. After 10 minutes I went outside and the guy told me it would be over an hour and I can move my car behind people that arrived after me. ?? No thanks. Taking my business elsewhere.
Highly recommend! They were friendly, fast, efficient and very reasonably priced! This was my first time there and they had me on my way in 15 minutes, I am very happy:-)))
Since Facebook won't let me give Stafford 10 stars, I am having to give them only 5 of 5. This place is fantastic, great customer service, excellent prices, I cannot recommend them highly enough! They give you multiple options if and only if you need replacement, and never pressure you to buy tires unless it is an emergency (and mine never have been). They have my business for life that's for sure.
These guys work hard fast and efficient! I honestly recommend Stafford Tire to anyone! I’ve never had a bad experience and they always get the job done right the first time and super fast! And their prices are so fair, they don’t charge extras or charge you for an hour for labor when it only took 10 min like dealerships do! They are just honest and dependable. Thank you Stafford Tire!
Have gone to Stafford to get all my tires. Have recently had trouble with one of my back tires and they took care of it. They handled the situation in a timely and professional manner. My family business will always get our tires at Stafford.
I was at Stafford Tire Center this afternoon. The place was packed and I was told it would be a hour wait. I said, no big deal I had no where to go. As I sat there minding my own business, just being on my phone, the place was getting really packed. The place was really cold and one women proceeded to talk about the wait and the cold.
