Not climate controlled. I have my items stored for four years and when they changed hands the building was no longer climate controlled. Several of my things were distroyed by mold (including a leather jacket) and everything had a musty smell to it. The previous owner had the building controlled well and nothing ever smelt like that. As soon as you walk in now all you smell is mildew, this would not happen if it was climate controlled like stated on the building. The staff is very nice.
