There's BLACK MOLD all over my sister in laws apartment and they won't do anything about it.
Undoubtedly, it was the worst place we ever lived in long-term rental housing. Do not hang out outside. Treat this place like a cheap and sketchy motel in a bad part of town. Mold in the air conditioner system and walls around showers, constant pipe leaks, neighbors with aggressive dogs, little brown roaches everywhere, and bad management. They did renovations to touch up the visual appearance in units. Watch out for your family.
