There's BLACK MOLD all over my sister in laws apartment and they won't do anything about it.
Undoubtedly, it was the worst place we ever lived in long-term rental housing. Do not hang out outside. Treat this place like a cheap and sketchy motel in a bad part of town. Mold in the air conditioner system and walls around showers, constant pipe leaks, neighbors with aggressive dogs, little brown roaches everywhere, and bad management.
