My husband and I have been using Stafford Primary Care as our family physicians for approximately 10 years. During this time we have seen a couple of different doctors there due to staffing changes. What has never changed is the warmth and kindness that the office staff has always shown to us, no matter how busy they are. This is significant because they are always absolutely slammed. My expectations for a doctor's office are pretty modest, but Stafford Primary failed to meet even those and I recommend that you look elsewhere if you have options. The office is surprisingly dirty for a medical facility - the waiting rooms and exam room were dusty and grimy. The admin staff also failed to send my lab order to the lab which took multiple phone calls to resolve.
