Saturday morning . No hot water because it was on the basement floor. Stafford was recommended by one person and the reviews looked good. Made the call. We spoke to a lovely woman who had me get some photos and, even though I think there was some personal event occurring with them, she arranged for Jim to get a new hot water heater from the supply house, and get it installed by mid-day. I placed a call for a hot water heater leak. The service personnel arrived within hours and repaired the tank properly and in short order. The Customer Service aspect of this company stands out above all. Any issue gets resolved in a timely fashion and with ease. Highly suggest employing their services.

We've used these guys a few times since moving into our home a couple years ago. They're great, affordable and don't upsell stuff you don't need. Just had a Toto toilet installed and a pipe repaired in no time at all. We've never had an issue with the work they've done and we'll continue to use/refer them for plumbing issues in New Jersey.
