A stone fell out of a very sentimental ring that I have. It’s a simple jasper ring set in silver. Its value is priceless to me. I took my ring to be repaired and agreed to a reasonable price. At pick up I noticed a crack in the ring and the woman working the counter became very confrontational. I visited this shop today to find out how much it would cost get my wedding ring/band repaired because this was the establishment that soldered them 26 years ago. I had several other pieces of jewelry for her to look at to see if they were real. I figured why not since I made a trip over there. I also wanted to look at a chain for a broach I brought in.
