Within the last year we bought a new build in a Stafford community. We had an issue with the furnace drastically inflating our power bill and Stafford has been beyond helpful (even after closing on our new place) in helping us get it resolved. Also, our inspector was very impressed with the quality of the home. So far, so good!
I watched this company car road rage for about 20mins. Constantly cutting people off and tailgating. Based on my observations I wouldn't expect much upto code work as they seem to be always in a rush and don't care about others.
Stafford’s warranty employee Dan Magdallen is GARBAGE. I was told by Roman Pulido that Stafford would send staff at 11 months of home ownership for warranty/repairs. I made multiple efforts to get ahold of Dan only to be told by a secretary he was sitting in his office essentially ignoring my call. Dan called back as if he was obligated to and indicated they would be out in our community by January. It’s mid February with ZERO updates. We have been here two and a half years still waiting to get warranty work done nail pops separation of sheetrock the floor also the caulking called number of times seems they're losing employees so we wait patiently we do hope it gets done by December our great-granddaughter will be here thank you
