They NEVER answer their phones, they will always randomly take you off your WIC, don’t call for appointments, they honestly are just horrible.
Everybody in the office is very friendly and helpful! However there is no way to get in contact with anyone via phone. None of the phone extensions actually ring, if you're luck the extension you dial might loop you back to the main message.
